Good for freshers, who wants to learn in life instead of earn. Good after retirement age, their is no responsibility. Pass your time & earn.

Dislikes

After 30+ years their is no SOP for operations. One 🚌 drive so many drivers their own system. A mind set where employees & vendors are liability instead of assstes or business partners. Carrier killing company where you can join at as fresher or after retirement.

Dislikes

Company's goal bus drive by so many departmental drivers on there own ways & understanding. Any decision making policy change by person to person.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
