It is a place to desroy your career. You continuerecruit person for same position as they have hire and fire policy. The person you selected today will surely be fid in 3mnts. You never get relax. One person comes to ask reason for termin other have doubt in joining. Thee no difrnce in sales job and HR recruitment targets. It is a sales department. It is a retail shop for candidates.

There is company HR policy is very bad, about EPF, some of employees are getting EPF facility and some of employees are not getting EPF.

Dislikes

Unequal policy for employees and Insurance policy is also bad, there are only husband and wife is covered, it should be required to add parents and child also.

Defined job roles and specific breaks promoted a healthy work-rest balance.

Literal gangs are working in the company. There's castism and groupism. There's a very unhealthy atmosphere of politics. The whole workforce is basically 75% Chacha Bhatija and the rest is 25% actual hiring. The whole HR department is lazy and lethargic, they can never come up with policies on short notice.
