The infrastructure and employee facilities are commendable, yet employees face limitations in accessing them. There is company HR policy is very bad, about EPF, some of employees are getting EPF facility and some of employees are not getting EPF.
Unequal policy for employees and Insurance policy is also bad, there are only husband and wife is covered, it should be required to add parents and child also.

The work-life balance here is pathectic here , what is good is safe jobs for those who are "yes" boss people. The culture of the company is poor. Job satisfaction is for those people who say "Yes" to everything and engage in flattery. There is no focus on skill development for heads- to the down at the team level—very toxic environment. Management does no bother, poor HR team—no authority at all—cannot help you with any concern. The bossed will never change jobs because they are trapped in their own egotism, believing themselves to be the ultimate authorities—the "fathers and gods" in marketing. As in reality, no other company would hire them, leaving them with no choice but to stay and expect constant flattery.There is no logical discussion. You discuss with facts, and you targted. Defined job roles and specific breaks promoted a healthy work-rest balance.
Literal gangs are working in the company. There's castism and groupism. There's a very unhealthy atmosphere of politics. The whole workforce is basically 75% Chacha Bhatija and the rest is 25% actual hiring. The whole HR department is lazy and lethargic, they can never come up with policies on short notice.
