If you are not multitasker, this job is not for you. You need to be multitasker with lots of work.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

No Employee satisfaction, some TLs are rude. Manager is good. They will accept you as Robot with 100 % accuracy and no policy is there.

Just cultural programs.

Dislikes

Teammates are good, however, the company expects too much and wants everything should be done in less amount. Management is not good and nothing is there in the name of facilities.
