Yo have to say just yes sir yes sir to management team they will give you good hike & rewards. They do castism in company . Every employee is motivated by money & respect in company they are work for. However this company is intentionally delaying your appraisal & giving you raises in penny. The worst part is that is the person reviewing your performance has lees experience & huge huge ego about his leadership role. He doesn't even understand technical aspects & how to present in-front of clients yet he is the one reviewing your yearly performance simply because he is the favorite one of CEO. If you have nay issues with him then CEO will punish you. The CEO is ignoring his behavior of unclear reasons. this individual humiliate employee publicly & if you question the appraisal amount he threaten to take appraisal amount back. Then company culture is becoming more toxic because of his but CEO is just ignoring because he is guuju.
