The worst part is that is the person reviewing your performance has lees experience & huge huge ego about his leadership role. He doesn't even understand technical aspects & how to present in-front of clients yet he is the one reviewing your yearly performance simply because he is the favorite one of CEO. If you have nay issues with him then CEO will punish you.
