My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Having not worked ij the construction sector I learnt a lot, there's not much politics though the work environment is tense. The team was a great one, result oriented and were welcoming. enough training was given to me on recruitment

Work pressure was very high and there was no open door for new ideas, also there were high levels of job insecurity. Growth was also something that hardly happen after appraisals
