Steag use to give good hike but due to cost cutting they got reduced the hike. Everyone will get opportunity to grow.

One of the worst places to work with coz there is too much of selective cut ure Bias as this is led by a Malyali man he has not done anything but made it a safe haven for all non workers who sick up to him his loyal heroes! ! In other words the Human resources department is the Worst coz they have one of the worst HR leader who knlyknow how to suckup to the management and survive ..There are some good people in there but they don't do any for ESAT and no development is given to employees in terms of training and your appraisal is all dependent on how well you massage your bosses and their Egos. .
