Specific to my process, not sure about others 1. Very toxic culture as well as harrassment atmosphere. 2. No support from managers, unactionable, uncared about what was happening in the team 3. Although sufficient leaves are available but management creates issue in granting leaves. 4. No clarity related to growth/promotion. 5. Uncertainty of job in terms of layoffs. 6. No backfills/backups incase someone leaves the organization, have to work with limited resources. 7. Huge work load impacting the physical as well as mental health of the employee, 11-12 hours. 8. I was very bad experience about state street if your performance is good still your not consider not good for this. in this organisation very High politicals happen. Just because of your doing good but not listen manager every decision if they are wrong still you said it's correct. I don't like this behaviour.

Don't like anything very bad experience. They fire me without any reason. Just my movement happened one team to other so they fire me.

Salary and benefits are good, work is very easy however your manager is the only matter.

Dislikes

No work life balance, manager taking leaves and wfh but won't allow ther team members to take leaves, senior managers supporting blindly to the Assistant manager without analysis any situation, if any higher management members reading this take a closure look to your management people working most of the time in phone and having fun only.

15 years I have worked for State Street and now they are saying me your current role is redundant and find job within the organisation via myworkday portal.I have applied for 40 +post for IJP. and experience is very terrible HR are not helpful and intationaly avoid person like me who have dedicatedly given for 15 years for State Street .. I can say it because since 2009 my email ID is @state Street.. Summery for this State Street system is very biased, discrimate employees and faveratizm is very high ..this is ground realities..but HR and operations Manager always says that they are not doing any discrimination,and baisness.. I have all proof as I have applied for 40 +IJP when I am in rift now and last working date is 30th September.. I have already requested many times to HR I have enough experience and I can work any of the team and ready to relocate to other locations and flexible in any shift..the then company is not considered my any request.. Really disappointed after 15 years dedicatedly work also I am ready to continue my job but by force company is oust me without performance and behaviour issue..just company don't try to assign me in any others person.. company have assigned special talent market place HR ..but which HR I have assigned till date she don't help me after my many requests.. This is one of the fd up companies and pls do not waste time by joining this company. No training for new joiners and they expect you to be all knowing oracle on day 1. Politics to the core, I had worked with one of the worst colleagues and manager in my experience. Good I left the job now and peaceful.

Initially benefits were good but now it has been drastically reduced. Sodexo and few allowances has been reduced by 30% and directly paid with you salary and hence taxable.

Salary hike is not good. Huge pay disparity like SA is earning more than TL and they say it's company policy. It will demotivate others if they come to know abt others package. On the job training should be improved.
