Likes

Good work culture. Management and Teammates were supportive. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics at Management level. Annual appraisal hike and performance bonus was not so great.

Work Details

I learnt everything on the job. I got a change to work in multiple processes that helped me to get taste of different functions and their interdependence.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
