I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

First of all to all there is no job security, secondly they don’t pay your salary...and moreover Mr. Vaibhav Bhardwaj director of this company is so cheap... he didn’t pay salary to there employees & there is no good environment of too. I’m sharing my personal experience.., be careful to all who will or work future with this company
