There is a strong feeling of comraderi and job security. Work pressure is there but enjoyable. Promotion opportunities available and straightforward selection process. Family life is taken care off by bank paid residences, conveyance etc.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
