There is a strong feeling of comraderi and job security. Work pressure is there but enjoyable. Promotion opportunities available and straightforward selection process. Family life is taken care off by bank paid residences, conveyance etc.

Very challenging. Looked after security issues of the bank and training of security personnel. The work was appreciated.
