It’s something bigger than a typical job. Great satisfaction, fantastic career progression, best trainings, leadership exposure, perks and cadre based camaraderie. The only thing that sometimes troubles is work life balance, which is also now one of the top priorities of current dispensation. Overall , if anyone wants to be real BANKER , go for it.

The organization have training structure. It also provide practical training to fresher's but I dislike when the fresher's don't use it in serving the customers and also not keep themselves updated with bank information and job knowledge

Being one of the leading banks in India, it was privilege to serve this organisation. I served in Delhi,Haryana,Rajasthan and Gujarat and learn the culture, language of respective states. I run the branches with dedicated teams at various branches. Being a leader in banking industries, we were getting the new technology with new ideas.

The work pressure was high,however it was not for day to day banking but to achieve SBI Life business.Staff shortage was there and sometime attitude of next authority was inhuman.
