Free to work as per your knowledge, does not have any one to force you to get bend as per requirements, full power over your own thoughts, relying on self scarce resources, getting time for personal tasks, lunch break does not get shortened, you does not depend on anyone else, etc.

Dislikes

No teammates assigned, training remains only on paper, job security stays for few months, stagnant career growth, salary not guaranteed, you does not get to learn anything new, you get caught into the cycle, work satisfaction is at risk, your ideas does not matter, time constraint, etc.

Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
