Yes you learn how to play in private sectors and do politics and develop skill and communication👍🏻

Environment not good canteen food was not good and also the system are not working always they stuck and due to this agents have to extend there shift 😞

The things which I've don't like over here that while getting promoted through an IJP they only made hike of 10% from previous salary which I thought not sufficient they should make a slab for each designation promotion like if an agent got promoted as an Senior executive so it should get a hike b/w 15-20% and if they promoted as anTL so it was should be 25-30% of salary hike but over it is not happening...Read More

HR - Employee Relations Team is poor. Admin - Poor management of office Overall Environment - They will not care about anything rather than work, they have terminated so many employees without proper reasons, they have never arranged any outing for team with company budget, ER team is pathetic, Employee development or training- nothing, they never took any training sessions for support staff to upskill them. Yes, so much politics and no respect for hard working agent as of only the Tl and higher authority people are running without agent, slave is the word that can be used where you will be told 2 and half will be your on induction but can't accommodate once you joint the floor. They don't have Cafeteria, Washrooms are always dirty. No tissue paper, no toi*et paper, Locker is not available for the employees to keep their belongings, No place to keep the bag, No celebration of Festival, No decoration on National holidays. People calls Startek as MNC but it is not, neither the work environment nor the people of Startek. Managers don't know how to speak and they call themselves "Manager". Manager's are always rude with their employees....Read More
