The worst working culture with low salary! no work life balance! at the time of joining they say we will get rotational shift but after getting into the company they always provide splitshift! which means you will be occupied in the morning as well as in night! Salary is very less and the management is worst. Every individual month i received different salaries. When I reported they only gave me promises that this will be sorted but never sorted. If you are jobless please wait for some more days rather getting in to this company. They did not even provide me the salary pay slip or the experience letter. The more i say about this company is less. They dont think employees as employees. What they want is just work and work. They dont even provide holidays. I was said we dont have any holidays after getting into the company but before that i was told we have holidays . Really? They dont even have increment. Only thing I liked was WFH facility, friends I made and timely salary.

Worst management, no work culture, no respect, horrible shift changes/timings, pathetic salary, no incentives.

Work Details

I have worked here for 18+ months, I would say that it's a roller coster ride, no one is properly trained for their job and management is extremely weak, no respect for employees, but y'll learn and grow in this challenging atmosphere.
