Not much to like about the company

1. There is no work life balance. Management expects all employees to be on their toes (Even during weekends). 2. There is no standardised process of performance management & appraisals. I have come across people who were not promoted even after being in the organisation for 10 long years. 3. Compensation is not at par with the competitive brands.
