Immediate superiors are very supportive and forthcoming. During pandemic and even post pandemic, the company was very liberal in terms of offering WFH options to its employees. Being a smal to mid-sized Insurance company, the variety of work offered would be vast and one would not be limited to one specific assignment or role.

Dislikes

Even though the nature of work is varied and team is supportive, the compension does not justify ones skillset or experience. The company needs to overhaul its HR policy when it comes to compensation as the same is way below market standards.
