Hire and fire culture. Middle and senior level management changes every six months. HR is handicapped. Bad technology. No predefine target, change as and when required by management. Only 3-4 people are running the company and if something goes wrong you have nobody to listen. Pathetic products. Encourage money to partners to give business and don’t give money on time. Employees have to spend from there own pocket for business expenses. Fake promises. Hold Incentives and bonuses due to silly reasons. Senior executives hires their girlfriends as higher level. Even if you are performing and over achieving your targets still your job is at risk. They hire you for different role and give you different role making excuses that the profile for which they hire you is on hold and told you to wait for sometime but that never happens. You can see dislike in everything like reporting to area head manager call you 4 to 5 times daily 10am to 6pm(working hours) after 6pm you will have attended con call meeting in Google meet by 7pm to 9pm. If you miss any day attendence your regularisation will be reject by your senior, so that your salary can be cut, from this they think that employee will work hard. I have already lost 6 days salary. They will give p/day pressure for new business. Day night both. Means you can't survive 6 month here. If you want to join here then go but search another company too so that you have a back up after take pressure you will have to resign near by .
