• Lack of meritocracy • Mood based product development. They sit in a room and decide what's the right thing to build. Then they rebuild it after 6-9 months. • Foul mouth conversations • Zero work life balance • Ethical malpractices with end consumer and landlords

It seems they pay well as inhand is comparatively high, but they don’t have proper policy in place for employee benefits, pf, nps and other perks that a good company should provide. They don’t really care about overall well being of employees. Very short sighted

Toxic Work Environment: The workplace atmosphere was far from supportive or motivating. Instances of favoritism, unprofessional behavior, and lack of mutual respect were common. Employees often felt undervalued and disrespected by management. 3. No Appraisals: Despite hard work and dedication, there were no performance-based appraisals or salary hikes. This lack of recognition severely affected morale and motivation. 4. No Incentives Post Target Completion: Even after achieving or surpassing targets, employees were not rewarded with promised incentives. This practice made employees feel unappreciated and discouraged further effort. 5. No Work-Life Balance: The company had unrealistic expectations and long working hours, leaving no time for personal life. Employees were often overburdened, leading to burnout and mental stress. 6. Micromanagement: Managers excessively micromanaged employees, limiting their independence and decision-making ability. Personal life interference by management added to the discomfort and dissatisfaction among staff. 7. Delayed Salaries: Salaries were not disbursed on time, causing financial stress for employees. I have been working with the organisation in Hyderabad for last 2+ years . Senior leadership of Hyderabad is very support and give us ample opportunity to learn and grow professionally. All managers (across level) are internally promoted in Hyderabad and backed performance oriented culture. Zero tolerance on non compliance of business ethics or deviation on company policies.

Initially when I joined Stanza living it was in good hands the management on the ground was good and supported us with everything for 2 years. Later on the company started to make changes because people started asking appraisals and promotions. At this point the management showed their true colour and left us hanging by just saying that we will get appraisal and promotion letter very soon, that soon was after 1 year. The most important part is even after u get the appraisal u don't get the money they pay u on EMI basis so that they can hold u for 1 more year or 6 months...Read More
