1 No increment cause they say my pay is above market level 2 Hard work has no value but buttering the manager and staying late in office has value 3 No compensation for working weekends 4 Very bad work culture 5 Everything is controlled from Chennai and Bangalore people have no value 6They will pay you hike based on your work experience and current CTC and not depending on your effort or hard work 7 Some managers don't allow you to work from home but work from home for at least a month or 2 in total in a Year DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY...Read More
