The company has a very friendly culture and doesn't really differentiate in the hierarchy. A good place for interns to learn from the seniors. Plenty of opportunities to showcase your talent. Compensation is also fairly good. The conversion rate for interns is really high.
As an intern, you may find yourself left with less to no work at times; some may enjoy this while it's really frustrating for someone willing to contribute and work hard.

Company policies are followed in letter and spirit. Implementation of internal policies is done with utmost professionalism. Lot of check and balances are there so that there is no room to bypass such policies.
Personal growth, work life balance, remuneration as per market standards - these factors are not given slightest of importance by department heads. Lot of biasness around the teams, and given special attention to few people who can speak good but cannot deliver.
