Fantastic work environment, modest cafeteria that observed all covid 19 protocols. Supportive team members. Appraisals are worth the mark and a complementary increase in salary plus a mouth watery yearly bonus. Stanbic ibtc is the right place to be.

Like most new beginners, I did have my challenges at first on job but then I catch up and everything started running smoothly. Mandatory soft skill training to ensure individuals are well positioned for the job.

No carrier pad for DSA, the person that work for 8 years and the person that join today they are all the same. There is suppose to be a level that will differentiate between new and old DSA

Stanbic Ibtc Bank is a bank to work with in terms welfare, ethics and culture, value, integrity. It allows new innovations, welcome ideas no matter how small it could be, it adopts new technology to serve customer/client better. I love working with the bank and their achievements are always on top notch.

Dislikes

They still need to keep doing more in order to be the leading financial solutions provider, and also need to look into some policies regarding their employees at the lower level plus thier remunerations.

As a ledger officer, i review transactions processed in Global Market Operations, Cash Management Unit, Account Maintenance, Consolidated and domestic Payments to spot errors and raise exceptions so as to guide against financial loss.

So far, I loved the set of line managers I worked with. The persons of Alawode Olatunde, Tolulope Olupidi, Sola Olowere. If given the chance, I will work with them over and over. On the overall, nevertheless, the bank is a good place to work

Dislikes

Change of Board Members every now and then which consequently affects lower staff members especially contract staffs. The one that affected me without renumeration.

They give unreasonable targets to the DSA.
