1. Nice atmosphere 2. Good incentives and clear policy for everything 3. Target is clear. Incentive and salary is always paid on time 4. Owner is good and takes nice care of everyone 5. It is not like a school, to koi sar pe nahi khada rehta 6. They trust us and if we perform, we get appreciated 7. For every select, full team claps 8. No bad words/ gaali is given or allowed 9.
