The company has different projects accross mangalore ,so, i get to visit different sites sometimes .By visiting different sites we learn a lot like we can analyse different problems which other sites face and apply in my site.The plans of building are so innovative and challenging.

Dislikes

There is no career growth in this company. There was no hike in salary.There is no extra benefits for site visits.No food and transport facility.

It was boring in my site because most of the time i am free and there is no work for me. But exited when there was site visit.
