They will say how can we leave you suddenly, we have to inform our all the clients and all that one of our collegue wants to resign. If your new joining date is 1st may (As an example) You will be terminated suddenly after the joining date gets expired. And you you dont have any offer letter in your hand and you are going to look for a job in your notice period time, You will immidiately terminated without serving notice. Without a doubt, we bring on freshers so that we can help them develop their careers. When it comes to a firm of our size, there are very few that have the courage to hire freshers. However, if your behaviour as a fresher is lazy, you are not ready to learn, and you get involved in politics inside the office, then your employment will not be tolerated. Although you were sent numerous opportunities and warnings via email, you continued to disrupt the working environment. It is perfectly OK for an employee to resign from their position, but it is unreasonable for them to expect to be relieved of their duties within twenty-four hours. At the very least, you should have the courtesy to give a few weeks' notice so that we can effectively manage the knowledge transfer.
