Working in Sriggle has been a pleasant journey so far & I know its going to be same going forward as well. Now this claim I make, comes from the confidence I have gained while working here. My previous company was a MNC where I worked for 11 long years. Here at Sriggle I have got the kind of exposure which not only motivated me, butit also added on to my existing skill set. 1. If you want to resign for a better opportunity, you will not be allowed to do that. They will say how can we leave you suddenly, we have to inform our all the clients and all that one of our collegue wants to resign. If your new joining date is 1st may (As an example) You will be terminated suddenly after the joining date gets expired. And you you dont have any offer letter in your hand and you are going to look for a job in your notice period time, You will immidiately terminated without serving notice. Work culture is very bad, dominated by internal politics. two men Swadesh and Amit control entire company. if you work as per their instructions, you will remain for some time, otherwise, you will be fired from your job.
