Working at SSIAR is the most beautiful experience of my life. The location of office is just amazing as it is on hill top and the environment is so encouraging and uplifting.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?

I like only office location and view.

Dislikes

HOD treats her employee like servant. No job security no job satisfaction as well. Even who wants to do work and wants to complete project she don't let them allow. And her behavior is worst with everyone of the office and sweeper.
