Simply organization terminated in this kind of of pandemic situation. No work no pay. But feeses collecting from parents.

Teachers are backbone of any organization. Such kind of teachers were terminated , and stating NO WORK NO PAY, this is an organisation which can not look after and support theirs back bones atleast 2-3months.they made us to take online classes and given half salary where they have to give full salary, I requested them to give later , simply terminated without intimation

In my brach lot of politics were played. I just concentrated on my work that's all. Inefficient faculty were there , efficient faculty were shooted out of organization.

Work load (no. of hours ) is less compared to other corporate or private schools for higher orientations or high school. We have PF account created while joining the job. Salary will be credit in between 7 to 10th of every month without any delay or any conditions for admissions.

Dislikes

Politics. Promotions/ increments are for the people who do more admissions only but not on the basis of talent.

There used to be good interaction with students.

Very lazy administration who try to escape from duties. The college used to work only with dedicated teaching staff who are seldom encouraged by administration. The Sri Chaitanya management failed to put check on branch principal. Instead of controlling the principal activities they closed the branch . I don't understand why this feedback is being taken now on this day scholars branch after almost after 7 years of its closure....Read More
