Good place to start your career. work experience is good and there is more scope to learn new things.Teammates are supportive and the management is more parent oriented than employees.

Salary is nominal but career growth is very slow. Salary hike ll be given only after 2yrs of work experience.

In royapuram campus almost 7 pre primary teachers resigned and institution never raised a question against head of school nor helped us in covid time.

Worked under 2 co ordinatorso. Poonam mam really a great team leader she was stands for us but coz of politics she left our school. Revathi mam our present co ordinator she taught us good techniques to mould kids but showing partiality between her team.

Zonal head for preprimary dept , few branches is under Ur care, we have to bridge between the principal, co ordinator,and the management. Guide the teachers and coordinator when ever required in academic and other issues like parent end and also teachers

Only good thing is that they equally give an place to extra curricular activities

Dislikes

Teachers aren't respected.They are not being treated with respect and no team work within. Teachers are made to work on all days sometimes even on government holidays and sundays without a courtesy.and we have faced linguistic dominations
