Company is good. Growing phase But unfortunately fall into wrong management people

Higher level of discrimination in Acd and Non Acd staff. Worst Work culture because of a handful people of management. No respect for other employees. Only Chaploos & puppet are growing . So called Head HR kritika leading dictatorship and play with other's career. Even after the resignation, you could be fired. This pathetic lady herself lack in many HR terms. But No audit from HO to know the ACTUAL fact why the employees are leaving this place. There is no action, no interference , no response even from center Head or higher authority. . Sri Chaitanya Chandigarh management never give preference to work and ethics. They are unethical and make false promises. They make you work like a puppet with no emotions for 10-12 hrs. Salaries are for people who can satisfy the ego of management. Not a place for deserving people.

Salaries of Non-academic staff are less. Some time they neglect the Non academic staff. That is not good thing.
