As the profession is noble. We feel comfort and happy. Better than worse, that's it. Compared to all corporate schools Sri Chaitanya is better.

What I have experienced is you miss your family & social life. Work culture before getting married is fine. After marriage it is very difficult to balance your life with work.

No job security, because of not management, by the so called AGMs. They spoiled the value of a head of the institution.

Dislikes

In Sri Chaitanya, the policies framed by management is good, they are modified and create not secure to the job. Now a days there are no ethical values, always their development, not taking any development of employee. Everywhere giving importance to one set of people only. Not giving any priority to honest workers. Just like Leech sucking the blood of employee with low salaries.

I learnt a lot from these two organization and there is no job security and satisfaction. I learnt a lot in the education system and good administration skills.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
