I have never worried about my job security in 3 years of job as a physics faculty,big thing is that no politics in atmosphere everyone is professional.

I did not get any Increment from last three years so it’s better don’t compromise with expected salary when you are joining institute.

If you get along with authorities and principals, you can take leaves very easily.

Everything else. Faculties coming in sleepers. No proper washroom. No proper staff room. Long working hours.

Higher management is good in policies and work-life balance (Sunday holidays, flexibility, Leave approval system, in time payment of salaries etc.)

Dislikes

Mid- level management is worst where Nepotism (opportunities are given based on personal preferences) and Hierarchy preference culture has damaged the institution success levels and name. There is a system of first come always first basis (Seniors who follow the same old techniques and approaches are only preferred rather than new talent). Poor Increments or appreciation.
