Everything is good apart from the fact that they make you feel like school kids. Also, hierarchical communication is the least. 6-days working culture is also tiresome. Above all, they bargain while paying and pay lesser than the previous payment.

Sri Aurobindo Society is an organization working just "like" any other corporate organization but on traditional values. Keeping in touch with people working on field specially by the the management is something that I really wish every other organization should learn.

We are a big organization reaching every nook and corner of the country. If a proper hierarchical coordination is maintained, a lot of things can be very systematic and disciplined.
