Special Educator- Freshers

Role & responsibilities

• Providing training and technical assistance to teachers and education professionals.
• Work alongside the Program Manager to support local partners and ensure quality implementation, including fieldwork to support school visits, work plans and training.

• Strong ability to manage, prioritize, and organize multiple tasks
• ∙ Be committed to meeting the needs of a diverse student population.

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of best practices in curriculum design, and an advanced understanding of instructional strategies for students with autism, specific learning disabilities, Intellectual impairment and Multiple disability.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of members.
• Excellent computer skills
• ∙Supporting the planning of special education initiative and the implementation of initiatives in Inclusive education
