Sri Aurobindo Society is an organization working just "like" any other corporate organization but on traditional values. Keeping in touch with people working on field specially by the the management is something that I really wish every other organization should learn.

Dislikes

We are a big organization reaching every nook and corner of the country. If a proper hierarchical coordination is maintained, a lot of things can be very systematic and disciplined.

A regular working day for a CBT is like: Travel to clusters for training Motivate teachers Liasoning with government officials on a regular basis. It's challenging but that's what keeps me going.

Sometime operations department take decision at last moment and they have to cut your salaries without prior notice and information.

The main focus of training is moral,social and human values as well as empathy,but the head of the training lack the most. The training head is an Indian British..whose motto is DIVIDE THE TRAINERS ANS RULE THEM He is insisting the trainers to record the conversations between trainers and send him....who will do it the most...must be awarded. He made each and every trainer just a spy....no one believes anyone. These people are making fool to their employees,the teachers,the government officials,SRI AUROBINDO SOCIETY (Originalwala)and HDFC BANK. 2.They are running a programme called INNOVATIVE PATHSHALA, through which they are doing exibition of Tlm,s made by teachers and giving them false commitments and distributing INNOVATIVE TEACHERS CERTIFICATE to everyone,only to gather people and officials. work was good and you will satisfied but due to corona we lost job but they give some work from home that and pay for that work but work from home stip was very low and work has been finished on may and no work after that and also paying service are very bad we get delayed in pay and received salary of march on June that was a bad experience. Operation department also not supportive in nature

Nothing to like all r fake person who don't have any sense how to coordinate with new join employees. Especially varsha HR who talk very politely before u join once u confim ur joining later she teach u how Firewords are spoken. Not even varsha but vaibhav pratika and all are fake here. Plz don't go for this organization training too.
