No life, false commitments in interviews, hire & fire, people are been given position on the basis of past salary any one not worth have taken higher position like T3 & P&L but the once with experience are been treated like executives big hiring problem, 12 to 13 hrs of shift which is a pathetic culture over there, no proper HRA doesn’t seem professional I used to believe that other reviews are fake or so but when seeing things in front of me I believe every review is true. It's a company that deducts salaries from it's employees, commits 50 thousand per month and gives a payout of only 8 thousand or 10 thousand. Deducting employees salary and setting up such a game that they don't even get to earn it back. It all goes to the senior authorities handling the whole process.

Squareyards is a time being employee ridden company where salaries are meant to go to seniors and the employees have a terrible work life balance
