To be honest I've never worked in such a terrible company like square yards. They have zero culture. They just hire you and expect you to deliver without any training. If any doggy employee of manager is in danger like in PIP so manager gives him share on some another employees sale to save him, which is very bad first employee always gets demotivated. 8.
