No weekends. They say monday will be holiday. But on the night of sunday, they threaten employees to come on monday, saying that next week you will be having one public holiday , so this monday will be a working day. No respect is given to seniors. It's more of like a call centre job. No qualification is required. No matter how many people give interviews, they just select everyone.
