Maximum staff is cheap and some even eats Tobacco in CSE department on job hours, also it's not a job for well behaved and sincere people. Politics is definitely there to comfort Sr.CSE so that they can work very less. Overall It's not a place for Growth or financial Stability and work environment is cheap. Also Spicejet does not provide any motivation for employees and don't even take of staff in terms of transportation / benefits for those who come from distance or at odd hours. Working Hours - 48 hours is Indian Labour Law, but we were doing minimum 54 hours per week without any extra amoun or leave, Some Of Government SOP by BCAS was not following due to Commercial purpose of local station achievement..
