Due to Vishal Sharma in Finance department. The finance team is becoming worst. He is selfish person. He don't do any thing. Under this team 10 people left the organisation. He is toxic person for the organisation. He make your life worst. You have to work even on holiday and in the night also . He is toxic for the organisation.

I had a terrible 3 months experience in Spencers Retail. I was looking after the entire Rent & CAM invoice validation and processing for Pan India stores. I was supposed to have a team of 5 people but the organisation and the senior leadership gave false hope and fake promises.
