I like Spencer's because it was my 1st breakthrough...Work-life balance was good.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Remuneration was not upto mark to technical professionals.. I am not blaming the organization, but the management for that.

Work Details

Spencer's was my 1st company which gave me the breakthrough in IT industry.I loved my team so much.Though management was not that good, but relationship with my colleagues was really awesome. But if you wanna career growth, I couldn't find the same for me

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
