During my internship at Spearmint Tech, I experienced a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and an unstructured work environment. Tasks were often assigned without proper guidance, and expectations were unclear. There were sudden changes in work priorities, unrealistic deadlines, and extended working hours beyond the scheduled time without prior notice. Instead of fostering a learning experience, the company seemed more focused on getting tasks done without considering the interns' growth. Additionally, they pressure interns to post positive reviews about the company, even when the experience does not justify it. There is absolutely nothing to like about this company. It is an absolute waste of time and efforts to work at this place.
Dislikes
This is a horrendous place to work. They will make you work and suddenly one day terminate you for silly reasons. This is entirely a scam and beware of their dubious activities. I had worked for more than 58 hours in less than 2 weeks and one fine day they terminated me. there is absolutely no use of working here and it is a complete waste of time and efforts.

Fraud company. Even they force the employees to give good reviews on different platforms. As no other company do this kind of behavior.

Never opt for this. They will make you their maid & give you work then after some days they terminate you for some silly & stupid reason so don't have to pay you the salary. Every changing their criteria and atlast will blame you for not working effectively. Poor work culture & environment. Very bad vibes.
