I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. There is absolutely nothing to like about this company. It is an absolute waste of time and efforts to work at this place.

Dislikes

This is a horrendous place to work. They will make you work and suddenly one day terminate you for silly reasons. This is entirely a scam and beware of their dubious activities. I had worked for more than 58 hours in less than 2 weeks and one fine day they terminated me. there is absolutely no use of working here and it is a complete waste of time and efforts.
