The management has a low-grade mentality, they always follow their sycophant's suggestion. I have been working since last Financial Year, my salary and other benefit like EL, bonus and etc. is not clear yet. If someone ask thier due, they ask to the Ex-Employee for requesting mail. Employee face moral and mental torture in this enviroment. Some of employee face a fake case when he went for FNF and other due clearance. Spar Geo Infra payout day is 25-30 Days after completion of work. They hold some amount from the employee salary as a part of Perfomance Bonus, but not return on time......Read More
