Salary problem... Salary hold any withouth reason..... Much more time i will sent to mail head person but not response.. Finally I was sent resign and left the job.

Company take hard step to evaluate boss harassment complaint from down the line, Low salary if you are working for long time new joined salary more or less from their boss salary.. No HR involvement for salary correction while promotion or grade change

Nothing Very high politics. No leaves work like donkey. No family life too much pressure. Seniors & HOD don't have any knowledge of commercial because they are from finance background. HOD sitting in Dubai so no protections. High politics nobody will trained you properly. If you don't have job then it is good to join this department for time being.

HOD is in Dubai & don't have knowledge about commercial. High range of politics. Before joining 1000 times to think if you leave best job.

My reporting management was a very manipulative lady and she built this whole false image of mine and surprising I was not supported by anyone from the organisation knowing my work ethics and contribution. So it’s highly people driven, once ur purpose is solved you will be treated badly.
