Nothing special to like such as company. Worst experience ever in my whole career. I will suggest to another employee that they don't join Spar Geo Infra Pvt Ltd. The management has a low-grade mentality, they always follow their sycophant's suggestion. Spar Geo Infra has a wide variety of employee who has an elite type of politics. Their cheap politics can destroy any growing employee career.... If someone wants to join in Spar Geo Infra, RIP in advance.

I have been working since last Financial Year, my salary and other benefit like EL, bonus and etc. is not clear yet. If someone ask thier due, they ask to the Ex-Employee for requesting mail. Employee face moral and mental torture in this enviroment. Some of employee face a fake case when he went for FNF and other due clearance. Spar Geo Infra payout day is 25-30 Days after completion of work. They hold some amount from the employee salary as a part of Perfomance Bonus, but not return on time...

MD and VP of the company are coperative, rest all are just going with old trends

President of the company is ineligible person for this post, Every month salary delay by 25-30 days, Compulsory salary deduction 10% , and they deduct salary on every mistake did by employee Zero work life balance, President dont how to talk with employee HR are big liars in this company mostly ineligible managers

5 Years and counting, I think that says a lot. Achieved my work target on time with help of my team and under the guidance of the leadership. People in the company have been helpful throughout these years. Grateful for that. Company culture is good and i would recommend joining if your looking for progressive and employee friendly environment.

Few times in the year the work load increases, due to which I have to travel excessively.

I have been part of the company for a better part of decade now. I have a few pointers to highlight why I have stayed with the company for this long: The senior management has helped me during the times of crisis and has always treated me and my other colleagues as a family. I have learnt throughout my time span and grown into the role of where I am today because of guidance that I have received.

Strict Office Timings or Discipline.

Familier atmosphere. No boundation of learning. Best working condition for learner.

Dislikes

Role and responsibility not fix. Work not properly managed as per systemetically. Employee do not take seriousness during work except finance and tender.
