Salary assured for IBA pay scale staff. No assurance for CTC staff. Not sure what will happen in salary for IBA scale staffs in coming years.

Work culture and work life balance adversely affected after introduction of cluster system in 2021. Excellent in alloting huge targets but worst in getting assistance for departments in solving customer complaints. Mental and physical health of staff seriously affected. Even though SIB is a private sector bank, employees are taken care and work environment is healthy

Dislikes

Due to the constant changes in the management, there's no stability of work alloted to you. Constant changes in the policy makes it difficult to work. Transfer policy of the makes it difficult to plan family in a particular city. Every year you will be afraid whether you will be transferred or not
