When the pandemic hit us, we were provided with the option of working from home, while maintaining the office hours. The organization wants long-term association, and there is no hire-and-fire policy at play.

It is a pretty competitive environment, with so many young and energetic minds working in tandem to complete the tasks. There is little space for those who lag, or are unwilling to put in their hundred percent into the job.
