I have been working at Sourcedesk Global for the past 4 years. The people here are wonderful. They support and guide us all the time, and appreciate us for our efforts and our performance. There is no bias or discrimination. The office culture is fast-paced, rewarding and proactive. On the top of it, you can talk to the Toronto Management whenever you want. I appreciate the HR department for listening to our issues and promptly addressing the smallest of our concerns. At one point, there were a few toxic Team Leads and managers who had unrealistic expectations and used abrasive language. Thankfully, our company has decided to take action and part ways with such individuals. Now, the work environment is much more positive and conducive to creative work.

There's a long list. The salary is never on time and every month they have a new excuse regarding bank issues. The company is filled with arrogant and incompetent managers who take advantage of their position and humiliate people for their ego satisfaction. Some managers have half-baked knowledge and use the same to judge writers. They have an on-shore editor who make comments with underlined racial discrimination. The company has privilege leaves that you have to earn but they will neither let you take it nor give encashment of the same. They make big false promises. They were a good company a few years back and gradually they went downhill. The PF was never deposited on time and documents were also not updated.
