Likes: Great work culture, really positive environment for anyone who wants to learn and grow. Approachable colleagues, always polite and friendly. No salary deductions and no targets. One can expect great work-life balance with 5 days of working days. I needed leaves for a few days for a minor operation, it was immediately granted to me. The content team is amazing and very creative. There are diverse projects to work on , so that we can flex our creativity and deliver the best possible results. When the pandemic hit us, we were provided with the option of working from home, while maintaining the office hours. The organization wants long-term association, and there is no hire-and-fire policy at play.

Dislikes

It is a pretty competitive environment, with so many young and energetic minds working in tandem to complete the tasks. There is little space for those who lag, or are unwilling to put in their hundred percent into the job.

I have working here for quite a long time. The work environment is actually amazing. Team members are very supportive, and the management is always ready to listen to us. There is no pressure to produce a huge word count; the focus is on quality. The SEO team we work with is also fantastic.

Not a dislike particularly, but this is no place for writers who compose boring content, and cannot innovate beyond a bunch of given keywords. The projects here are very unique.

1. The projects and their complexity is very helpful for young professionals to learn and grow. 2. TLs are very professional and helpfull in terms of guiding juniors . 3.
